    Nostalgia

I run into so many 'remember when' posts and pics, might as well have a thread on it. Add yours as you find them too. :)

I got my first library card when I was in the second grade. We took a field trip to the Downtown Library and we all got our cards. I was and still am an avid reader.

The only things I remember of the candies are the marshmallow peanuts and the wax lips. I loved to "wear" the wax lips, but I wouldn't eat them.

The first thing I did when I moved here to Clemmons, was to go check out the local library, and get me and my boys library cards.

What I liked about the old library system was seeing if anyone you knew had checked out the book before you
