Same here. We had 96.4% coverage and it was disappointing. I figured it was going to get pretty much dark. But after hearing someone talk about it from a 100% viewpoint, I can see what happened. The person said it was still light until the exact second it went 100% and then it just all of a sudden went dark. So as long as there is still even 98-99% of the sun showing, it's enough to keep it from being dark. It's only when it hits 100% that it becomes like night. Any less coverage than 100% and it disappoints as far as darkness goes.

I saw it at 95.4%.
It was still pretty cool.
I think I was more taken with the actual outside lighting difference.
Everything had kind of a cool blue tint to it.

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...

Frozen Chosen
Pretty much a non-event here!
Went out and looked at it a few times with Rog's welding helmet and it was cool to see the sun in a crescent shape, like the moon gets, but other than that....
It turned kind of a golden color outside, probably because we have some forest fire smoke in the air.

Yeah, it was almost like you were looking through not really strong sun glasses or something.
