Since December 2015, I've been listening to brother Hagin's healing message 4-7 times a week. And what I've learned from his teachings, and the scriptures is that FAITH is the main key. Prayer alone won't get it done.

Faith must be activated. Just when I think I've got the understanding of how faith works, I learn more. And I find that I want more. Not only for myself and loved ones, but for the body of Christ.

I've seen too many Christians die early the 10 years I've been here in Broken Arrow. And all of them either went to RBTC, Rhema Bible Church, or both. I was so discouraged, I almost left to return to Michigan. But God wants me here, so here I'll stay.
When your praise match your prayers, the answer will come.

I agree and I believe that a misunderstanding of BIBLE faith is why so many depart from this belief....people hate to admit they may NOT be in real faith when they ask so they would rather believe GOD is the reason..when we shift the blame to God we remove the responsibility to prayerfully align with His Spirit for transformation...simply it's easier to shift our belief to some other theological conclusion than submit to be transformed...I liken transformation to holding one's hand in the fire of truth until the hand is changed....not removing it when it get's hot and uncomfortable...

Many traditional Pentecostals have a hard time receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit. They have been taught to tarry and then to grasp it in faith. The result can be that they never find that faith, what they always end up believing is that they need to tarry some more. At the same time getting people HS baptized who have no prior knowledge of this can be as simple as "receive the Holy Spirit, now speak out the words that well up inside you"

Could it be like that with faith for healing ? That people have been taught to "stand in faith" and claim that they are already healed and they never find actual faith for healing, what they always end up believing is that they need to stand in faith some more. Sometimes it seems that getting people healed who have no prior knowledge of this can be a simple matter.

Maybe both have to do with God having great mercy with sinners who are repenting but it could also be that they aren't hung up on the "believe and tarry" way of thinking - yet.

I had a conversation with a lady a few weeks ago on this...I explained the Spirit has already been given as a gift....one does not have to convince HIM to come or perfect the vessel...When I was filled the Lord revealed to my brother why I had not received Him up to that point...and he prayed with me in private and I yielded....

'Tarrying' if anything will reveal what hinders....nothing more...
