How would you understand a random statement from God?
If during you time of prayer you hear Gof say, "trust me now more than ever" and you can't connect it to what you were praying about or thinking about, how would defi e what he means or understand what he's expecting of you?

I would have to have some understanding of in what way he expects me to trust him or what he is comparing to ("more than ever")

If God said it then don't question it. Just do it!

True Nikos, but it must stir some questions as to what is coming or why more than ever

I would suspect He is counseling me to keep a 'heads up'. I would not project what might be coming but would make a determined conscious decision to meditate on His all knowing, all loving presence....In a word, I would sharpen my focus on HIM, not the 'more than ever'.

Agreed. I would look at it as a a preparatory statement, that something is about to happen, a challenge, a faith test, something along those lines.
