Our just a regular 'home cooked' place. It doesn't have to be CB. We've got some classic ones here in Atlanta. One is Mary Mac's Tea room in downtown. Slap yo mama good southern home cooking. You gotta get down here and let me take you on the food tour of the Atlanta area. We'll eat our way from one end to the other.
Dude, didn't know they had them in the south? I mean it's a southern cooking themed restaurant (unless they have different stuff up north). It's headquarters and first restaurant are/were in TN. :)

Well, first of all, no state can be the "best" state unless it is adjacent to an ocean...like, say, Oregon.

The great lakes ought to do ? In Norway every state except two are adjacent to the ocean, the other two are adjacent to the largest lake.

There is something magical about the ocean. I am on the road a lot, but after about 3 weeks of being away from the ocean, I start craving it. The salty air, the moisture, the cool sea breezes. I do not like being landlocked or in the south too long when it's hot and humid. Plus, the west, coupled with the ocean and good climate, we have mountains. Places like Texas are too flat. There are no great views.
California probably has the highest taxes, horrible political leaders, cost of living is a nightmare.I 'm not afraid to admit our downfalls

Well, looks like Cal is in a STATE of Chaos (get it - "state" "chaos" okay it is 2:30 in the morning and I can't get back to sleep. Just take that into account)

Saw a flying reindeer when I was there. One of the buses we were on hit a reindeer crossing the street in the snow and we saw it fly
Yeah, I use to hate when that happpened!
Glad you had an amusing time in my home state! LOL!

Kalamazoo was just ranked the coolest city with the lowest cost of living in the US. It was just mentioned recently in another thread too.
