With North Korea any presence is probably viewed as a provocation...I believe they are saber rattling...President Trump sent a message...we won't sit back and ignore what is going on or make noisy protests....they heard the message....now he will do nothing else unless they do....that is how I view the recent events in Syria...and N. Korea's and Russia's response....now pride forces them to do this...but to act on it...well that's another story...fact is if we crossed that RED LINE they would have already acted in response and full blown war would be taking place....
