    New Testament Prophetics !

You can see what others do not and it can be very frustrating. Pastors listen, and then they don't. They say, "How could you see that and God not tell me?" I told my Pastor whose church board I was on,"don't use that man as worship leader!"One year later the man had to be removed and he was arrested for abusing one of his children !

That happened to me just over 2 years ago. God gave me a dream about the pastor and showed me his heart attitude.
We left and I said to my wife in about 12 months he will no longer be pastoring. God gave us the go ahead to leave and opened another door of ministry

It was about 14 months later this pastor resigned and left the church in a mess

I actually heard the same thing...in a discussion about body ministry that was stated and it was like the air was sucked out of the room...
Or was that the sound of a nail being driven? It was very sad..I am praying for my awesome pastor because we have witnessed God changing him..he has such a heart for God..

I think most pastors get bombarded with "words", some probably just put on a flak jacket and repel all of them. Not sayin it's right, just sayin..

I agree. Most get words that are rubbish, so when they actually get a genuine word they are pleased.I almost want to refrain from giving Words sometimes because there are copy cats who think by doing this can get themselves some special status and recognition.

True prophets or prophetic messengers get tested a lot in this area.....you have to be willing to be ignored, misunderstood, have your Words greeted with a stifled yawn, and even lied about, and remain an honorable vessel in the hands of a loving, gracious, God. It just goes along with the territory.

Not sure that it's constant, but step number one is for pastors to have a revelation about prophets or messengers, and the place they have in the Body of Christ. If the pastor doesn't understand that, then you probably shouldn't deliver a Word in the first place (depending on the Word and many other factors).
