    Hey, I'm hoping our resident Jewish resident can give us some insight.

    I didn't realize it was irrevocable.

    Sorry, I've been out of town for a few days.
    Yes, the damage is done. The devastating blow that the US gave to Israel will have very long lasting reverberations. Even if the non-binding resolution were to be reversed, the ripples of its passage will bring much damage and pain. There are three things that should be done to partially alleviate the harm.
    1. Move the US embassy to Jerusalem without any further delay.
    2. Recognize Israeli sovereignty over all of Judea and Samaria.
    3. Throw the UN out of the US and stop all funding for it and all of it's subsidiary organizations.
