The Russia allegation originates with the idea that the Russians originally hacked Hillary's private email account, kept the emails then released them to wikileaks. Or something in that vein. So did umpteen other nations - hack her account, that is. That doesn't mean that the Russians involved themselves in the voting process nor necessarily that they love Trump, it merely means that Hillary used a private email account for important business and Trump probably hasn't.
I was referring to the alleged Russian hack of John Podesta's email account, not of Hillary's State Dept account. Mr. Podesta was Hillary's campaign manager. The Russians targeted her campaign manager but not Trump's.

Joint Statement from the Department Of Homeland Security and Office of the Director of National Intelligence on Election Security
The U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) is confident that the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from US persons and institutions, including from US political organizations. The recent disclosures of alleged hacked e-mails on sites like DCLeaks.com and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts. These thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the US election process. Such activity is not new to Moscow—the Russians have used similar tactics and techniques across Europe and Eurasia, for example, to influence public opinion there. We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia's senior-most officials could have authorized these activities.

That is Democrat oriented rather than US admin oriented. We don't really know if they also hacked the Trump campaign but couldn't find anything equally useful there. That is also a possibility. Even if they have sought to influence the election process in favor of Trump in this way, that is still different to hacking voting results directly. Disclosing information is different to altering it alltogether.

The Clinton emails were hacked by Chinese hackers as well as Russian hackers. China is probably on par with Russia when it comes to hacking and ought to have had as much an interest in making sure that Trump didn't become President with his threats about huge import tariffs against Chinese goods. Which makes me think that the Trump campaign either had better security or plain didn't have as interesting information to hack then publish.

By contrast Clinton won New Hampshire by a razor-thin margin of less than 3,000 votes, Nevada by about 26,000 votes and Minnesota by less than 44,000 votes.

Why is Stein not interested in recounting those states?

It’s merely another tactic by the left to undermine the election of Trump..
    Exactly.

It very well could be...a whole lotta big money suddenly appeared and its obvious its a last ditch effort to try to get Hillary in. They even delayed filing for the recounts in those key states until the very last minute because they know if those recounts are granted there would be no way it could done in time for the Electoral College voting and the votes of millions in those states along with their electoral votes could not be counted.

Trump filed the official objection in Michigan today:

Green Party nominee Jill Stein’s recount effort is nothing more than a waste of time and energy, as many on both the left and right have noted. But now even the Green Party itself wants nothing to do with Stein.

“There are significant electoral reforms needed to make elections more democratic and more representative of the people. While we support electoral reforms, including how the vote is counted, we do not support the current recount being undertaken by Jill Stein,” a statement on the Party’s website reads.

“The decision to pursue a recount was not made in a democratic or a strategic way, nor did it respect the established decision making processes and structures of the Green Party of the United States (GPUS),” it continued. ...
