Minions!!!
Went to see it last weekend with a couple of my BFFs (yes, we're in our 60's, so what? It was cute and clean).
Thoroughly enjoyed it - Loved hearing the squeals of laughter from the kids in the totally-packed theater.
Thought about how tragic it would have been if a "Shooter" had been there with all of those precious children in attendance.
Amazing grace.

We went to Jurrasic World. Should have done Minions.

It actually didn't get a very good rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The general consensus was that a little Minion goes a long way. They thought they would be better back in the supporting role instead of the lead. : )
I did see a clip where one if them plays Eddie Van Halen's 'Eruption' on a guitar. That was pretty cute and funny.

I hear ya - While we enjoyed the humor and the music (a few Beatles songs), I agree the Minions are much better in supporting roles.
Also, I thought Sandra Bullock's voice-over role was pretty lame - She didn't come across as the evil, diva-licious Villain at all.
