He popped the balloon and it looks like she's crying because he did... but I replayed it several times and I think it popped near her eye and possibly even hit her eye so there's a good possibility she actually got hurt.Originally Posted by fuego

Yeah. I thought he grabbed it and maybe hit her eye as he pulled it away. Of course, you don't keep hitting the policeman with the balloon in the first place nothing ever happens to you. :)
