Some younger women on stage wear tight leggings to show their figure to everyone and then the larger girls try to do the same and it ain't pretty

Both should wear a dress over the leggings like CS said

I make sure I cover my figure with clothing

I typically wear jeans and a t-shirt. My legs are long and don't look like much. The top of my butt is sufficiently muscular that it sticks out through the jeans somewhat. Unless I get a t-shirt the size of a tent then it's going to be loose around the waist and not at all around the chest and shoulders. My favorite summer jacket has been sewn in around the waist so it looks somewhat Y-shaped. I'm not going to wear a tent to look different though. At least not during the summer months. The funny thing is that some people think I'm flexing my muscles in my upper body and I'm doing absolutely nothing at all. Will that lead someone (women, gays) to lust for that ? Maybe. But that would be their problem because I'm not adding anything to it.

Likewise I think some women, whether 20 or 50 are simply dressing smart and have nice figures and aren't trying to display them, they are wearing fashionable clothes for their own sakes. There is no spirit of lust there and it's all in someone else's head. So there are all kinds.

But, but, but.... if you address that you'll come off as a control freak and a prude and you'll lose members and your offerings will go down and you'll have to close the church and be homeless and it ain't nuthin nice living on skid row ya know.

This is probably what goes thru most seeker sensitive pastor's minds when someone suggests they should tell the ladies to quit dressing like hookers when they attend church services.

They also addressed the sagging pants issue for guys at the same time, so it wasn't completely one sided.
