Yes..so many are fearful and faithless to minister to others cold...kick starting is someone on fire taking someone hungry with them and ministering and getting THEM to minister expectantly to break the ice so to speak...doing the stuff rather than just teaching and talking about it...

Yes, "kickstarting" is taking someone out to minister along with you (like Jesus did), and then after they observe/learn, you have them minister. I have seen great success in doing this in the church. Now it is a matter of making it an "as you go" ministry and getting it out of the 4 walls of the building.

The Pioneer School in Danish. Søndergaard seems more relaxed and friendly when speaking in his native language. I have no problems with understanding what he is saying as Danish isn't that different to Norwegian.
