I watched it a couple of times and nothing is clear.
That's why it's difficult to believe the family. If he wasn't doing anything threatening, why not take footage of the entire incident if she was in fact present the whole time?
The attorney's comments didn't make sense saying, "she wants the world to see what really happened and that they want accountability." Nothing in the video shows what happened, so what's he talking about?
The family's story sounds suspect to me and I'd hate to think they're setting the stage for a lawsuit. JS
