I have a question..
Since we know that Spiritual life mirrors, to some effect, physical life.
so, when do people decide to be born? When do people choose birth?

Good question...I am thinking we have to go back to the Garden here maybe? Adam and Eve were supposed to birth Godly offspring that were unfallen...but we also have to consider that the born again don't have a father and mother either so not all natural mirrors spiritual...
Thinking out loud...not all natural mirrors spiritual it is just used as analogies...storms, marriage, birth...we are the bride of Christ, both male and female..so I don't think it mirrors it so much as the spiritual is often explained in natural terms?
The only thing patterned was the tabernacle...4 Now if He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are already priests to offer gifts according to the Law. 5 They serve at a copy and shadow of the heavenly sanctuary. That is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle, “See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”
ok. that's reasonable, but, when, ANYwhere, do we see unborn, not even created yet, people choose to be born? Or, even, those in the womb, do they choose when they are born?
I can't see that. God creates and brings them to birth. They don't have anything to do with it... WE don't have anything to do with it.
