A Paul said, why return to trying to keep the letter our fathers could not even keep...and then Jesus said, If you love Me you will keep my commands...nd He also said the greatest command that covers all the others is love...
So it is clear that the love of God shed abroad in our hearts changes us to be as He is...it is only when we conclude we 'can't' that we have given ourselves an excuse to not deal with sin in our life...and as noted above He shoots even that one out of the water by telling us we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us...we are without excuse before God for harboring any sin in our heart..much less our actions. If we are led by the Spirit He will reveal sin and we should repent immediately taking thoughts captive to truth....hopefully we will have truth in us through His word so that He an bring it to our conscious mind when we need it......
Rambling over...

He will reveal sin when it is crouching at our door so that we can always avoid it.

Well that's VW's job 1/3 done.
