Thread: Take the older than dirt quiz

Some of those were before my time, glad I'm not old as dirt.

Only 3 I didn't remember.

1. Blackjack chewing gum.
2. Newsreels before the movies (before my time).
3. Butch wax.

Speaking on phone numbers with a word prefix, I still remember ours from the time I was a kid: Poplar 6, 8954. That was 766-8954. The first two numbers were P and O on the phone, and Poplar was the word that went with PO.

I remember wax coke shaped bottles and candy cigarettes. That's it.

I've a t-shirt that says I'm "Older than Dirt" but it is really a "if you are born in a certain part of the world" test.

I'm older than dirt. I remember all except Blackjack gum, may have heard of it but not sure. I remember a chewing gum called Beeman's I think it was called, good stuff.
