Seems to me Hell is hell and I don't see any scripture saying one part is hotter than the other so can anyone produce scripture regarding the consequence for the greater sin? Or was Jesus speaking of it's impact on the earth and to mankind? Or even in its redeemability?

Well, even with greater or lesser punishment in hell, it's still punishment and it's still hell. :)

    1 John 5:15-17
    New King James Version (NKJV)

15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

16 If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that. 17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death.

Isaiah 33:14 The sinners in Zion are terrified; trembling grips the godless: “Who of us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who of us can dwell with*everlasting*burning?”

God is God but the fire of his holiness may have a greater effect on the devil than for instance on the average sinner. Kind of like water is water but it has a huge effect when applied to Sodium.
