Anyway, cauliflower can be used as a substitute for a lot of things if you're going low carb. I think I've read some make pizza 'dough' out of it too.
I made pizza dough when I was on Wheat Belly. You make it with the riced cauliflower & Parmesan cheese. It's delicious! I believe I posted a photo of it on this thread about 10 months ago.
