What did you make to eat today?-img_1402-jpg

Me and a few members of my Prayer group gathered for an Inaugural prayer breakfast this morning. I served chicken and waffles. It was soooo good!

Thanks Romans. Wasn't sure I could pull it off, but everyone was very satisfied.

Fried pork chops breaded I crushed pork rinds with parmesan cheese and garlic blend seasoning....fried in 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 coconut oil. YUM....added teamed squash...

For breakfast we had eggs scrambled with a blend of fresh spinach, kimchi, and crumbled bacon seasoned with turmeric

Since its a cold snowy night I figured it would be nice to throw something in the oven, wound up making a rump roast and a pumpkin pie.

Hey Val, have you tried the riced cauliflower? I'm a rice lover from waaay back, and we've been trying to eliminate a lot of carbs from our diet too - This is a GREAT alternative - Tastes delicious with a little extra seasonings!
