Well it's not actually the real butt. Not sure why they call it that, but it's actually the shoulder.

Maybe because it looks like a butt?

    Cool

I invited my prayer groups over for a prayer dinner at my place Friday. I served collard greens with kale and turkey meat, cornbread, oven fried chicken, dressing, Caesar salad, beef burnt ends, and Barbeque ribs.

For dessert, egg nog pie, cake with various berries on top (from Whole Foods), and sandwich cookies, also from WF.

About the cornbread. There's a restaurant in Branson called McFarlain's that I eat at every time I'm there, which is at least once a year. They serve cornbread which is some of the best I've ever tasted. It's so delicious and popular, they package it and sell it to their customers. I bought a bag while there for the Prayer Assembly in the Ozarks back in October and served it Friday. It was gone in a flash!
