What did you all cook for Resurrection Sunday? I cooked oxtails w/vegetables and turnip greens. My guests loved it!

Turkey and kielbasa with some fixin's. I haven't seen oxtails in ages, when I was younger my mom used to buy them at times and make oxtail soup.

We had ham, lasagna, corn, broccoli, I can't remember what all...but it was a lot.

I wish I felt that way about food. For me it's more like, "food...how are you friend...what's that? You want to hang out with me ALL DAY LONG?! I think we can make that happen..."

Oh, I TOTALLY get that! It's just that I'm not hungry till some time mid afternoon. But then once I start eating, I can snack all night. And even if I do eat through the day, I STILL want to snack all night.
