    Yes, it is very easy but I do it in the crock pot so that it can soak those juices back up. It comes out very tender and juicy. (I only use about 2 cups of fluid max in the cooking)

    Alright Krys...work your magic again. I have turkey leftovers or ground beef for meat. Veggies I have broccoli, carrots, yellow peppers, cucumbers. What to make? (I already made turkey potpies.)

    Aldi's has a sale on apples that I just couldn't pass up, a 3 pound bag of really nice ones for $1.19...that's just too many for me to eat fresh so some went into an apple pie that's almost ready to come out of the oven.
