What kind of meatloaf is it...the ketchup-y type or the one with gravy? I love a good meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Ketchup on top and baked with it on. She doesn't put a whole lot though. Mashed potatoes too.

Did you all have an Easter feast? Because of the isolation I made small quantities of ham, smoked kielbasa, au gratin potatoes and fried cauliflower but a whole a pumpkin pie.

Cubed steak and gravy in the crockpot, wife had mashed potatoes and I had rice. Green beans, corn on the cob, rolls. And one of those sweet salads with mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut, sour cream maybe. something like that. We took the steak and gravy up to my MIL's to eat.

I made BBQ Short Ribs, Potatoes Au Gratin and Mixed Greens - Also, made Lemon Bars for dessert - I usually make Lamb for Easter, but I didn't venture out to the grocery store this year - Trying to stay inside as much as possible.

I still don't think I've ever had short ribs. They always look so good on TV when people fix them. They are beef, correct?

Yes, they're Beef Ribs that are "thicker" (and shorter) than your regular ribs, so they take longer to cook, but they're just as delicious.

I baked a couple loaves of bread at the end of Passover (Festival of un-leavened bread.) Yesterday I got out the deep fryer and did some nice fried chicken. Then I blew up my successes by making deep fried cauliflower. That last effort was a fail. Oh well...

Since it's a little time consuming to put together I don't make it often, but today I made stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes.

And yes, that is a piece of apple pie with cheese. It's a southern thing.
