Meh! - I cook pretty much every day anyway, but I did make a Chocolate-Mocha Cake the other day, if you're talking about "extra" cooking.

Mrs fuego is cooking a meatloaf as we speak but I can't have any until tomorrow (end of 3 day fast). We stay in a basement room, and I told her to stay upstairs and turn on that TV and eat up there. I told her I do NOT want her down here with a plate of meatloaf (she normally eats in here).

    Sounds delish!!!

I really don't mind cooking when I'm fasting but I won't sit there and watch him eat.

I love meatloaf. Perhaps I ought to stay out of this thread...it's making me hungry.

I came off my fast today and had a meatloaf sandwich. It was even more awesome than normal after a three day fast.

Going to have some more after while as a part of a regular dinner.

Lol... I don't blame you! On days when I'm doing intermittent fasting it seems like there are extra ads that keep popping up from restaurants and recipe sites.

What kind of meatloaf is it...the ketchup-y type or the one with gravy? I love a good meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Mine contains salsa and a bit of ketchup - I also (always) make mashed potatoes to go with - Hubby smothers his with ketchup, so gravy would be out of the question (LOL)
