We had breakfast for dinner! Just eggs and bacon, and I had some pumpkin pancakes (weight watcher's recipe) Tonight is Pizza night, but I'll make up my menu and shopping list for next week today.

I'm not sure what I'm making tonight. It would be great if someone did a menu for me...I love to cook, but hate to decide WHAT to cook. Any takers????
Hmm...chicken enchiladas? You could incorporate the corn and maybe some other veggies into your salsa:

I haven't made this in ages...fried bologna and onions.
Re your other thread.. this is fantastic cinnamon.. it's light and delicate in flavor and doesn't kill you. Until I used it, I didn't like cinnamon much either.
This afternoon I did basically the same thing! Duane liked i so much I did a repeat, minus the extra eggs.
we're a boring lot.. tend to find stuff we like and do it over.
LOL!

Tonight it's barbecue chicken on onion rolls.
I put frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot on low with garlic salt and about a cup of Holland's white cooking wine with lemon. I let that go for 8 hours. I shred the cooked chicken with a hand mixer and family adds the sauce of their choosing. I have one child that likes its plain.
I've heard about that tip but never tried it, is it really as easy as it looks?
