There is a very clear dividing line between universalism and every other theology that has some number of people end up in eternal hell. There are two brands of theological universalism, the calvinistic kind where God sovereignly regenerates everyone in the end and the non-calvinistic kind where everyone ends up choosing salvation of their own free will when confronted sufficiently with the truth, including in afterlife. Any other theory or speculation on afterlife second chances or exceptions being made is a different animal because it does not destroy the necessity of taking up and remaining in the faith in this life to be assured of salvation. People may argue about certainty vs probability of ending up in hell and in which cases but the probability will never be anywhere near zero for those who have consciously sinned and who die in that state.

I'm not familiar with the man, so I tried to watch the video. I didn't last but about 5 min.
