Obama can't say Islamic terrorist but 'Christian terrorist' just rolls off his tongue

This is from his speech yesterday:

-President Barack Obama defended his consistent refusal to use the term “radical Islamic terrorism” Tuesday, dismissing criticism from Donald Trump and others while insisting that doing so hinders U.S. efforts to fight terrorism.

Throughout his presidency, Obama has shied away from saying “radical Islamic terrorism” to describe various acts of terror both domestic and abroad, asserting that to do so would be scapegoating Muslims and undermining the country’s core values. During a stern speech Tuesday at the Treasury Department, addressing the slaughter at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, Obama mocked the idea that the use of any specific language would make a difference in the fight against the Islamic State group or any other terrorist organization...

So, its wrong to classify a terrorist according to their religion, right? Well, unless they're a Christian, then its ok...this is from a few months ago:

WASHINGTON DC – During a White House press briefing addressing the Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic shooting which left 3 dead – including a 6-year police veteran and volunteer Christian pastor – Barack Obama called the shooter, 57-year-old Robert Dear, a “Christian Terrorist.”

The American people need to “do something about the easy accessibility of weapons of war on our streets to people who have no business wielding them,” remarked Obama. “Period. Enough is enough,” he continued.

“A gun in the hands of just one Christian terrorist has resulted in the loss of life of a police veteran, father, and volunteer pastor; two civilians, injuries to five of Colorado’s brave law enforcement officers, and four innocent civilians.”

The term “Christian terrorist” signifies a surprising – some say radical – shift in the way the administration and the Department of Justice will classify so-called “home-grown” terrorism going forward...

He has even referred to Christians, Veterans and Anti-Abortionists as terrorists going back as far as 2009:

Anyone else see huge red flags waving here?

They take it as far as they can. The wording is that among those who are "christian" terrorists, the worst kind are those who are anti-abortionists (and a couple of other groups). Formally, the wording isn't that bad.
