I didn't even consider that scenario but I can see how that could happen. What kind of bat house is it and where did you put it...on your house or on a tree? Do you think any bats ever took up residence there?

This was my first year putting up a hummingbird feeder and I did notice some visits especially in late summer, it was wonderful seeing them close up. But does anyone know when they leave for the winter? Its been almost a week since I've seen any diners.

This is the dominant buck in my hunting zone. Vicki saw him one morning last August our first week after moving in here on the lake. He survived the season and I will be seeing him later.
