Thread: Anyone Amazon Prime Besides Me?

I don't think anyone who posts here is an Amazon Prime member except for me. Now I joined mainly because I'm so supplement-heavy right now, and some of the supplements I take and some of the raw stuff I buy, is only offered on Amazon, well, put it this way. Some of the stuff I could order elsewhere, but it would have extra s&h and take a week to get to me, especially if coming from the west (I'm in VA). With AP, I get it in two days. However, sometimes I get Saturday deliveries on orders placed on Friday (this happened to me today matter of fact, I thought I'd get it on Mon or Tues).

But another thing is that they offer many things you can't find in stores, and for some reason or other, many vendors offer things like Clarks shoes at greatly reduced prices. I love paying $40 for a pair of great leather shoes, boots, or sandals, that literally cost $85 in a store or even at other online retailers.

Another thing is that they have some good movie choices and documentary choices, free to me as an AP member.

Last but not least. I just utilized a new service they offer. They have a "same day delivery" service now. I placed an order early yesterday and got it around 4 pm. No charge, excellent. I was so happy.

Anyone else an AP member?

I live on Prime. But I wouldn't take supplements from there ... too much counterfeit stuff ... seen with my own eyes.

Not Prime, but I hardly buy stuff from there. Maybe three times a year if they are lucky. And usually I shop around before I buy, because I am a bargain hunter at heart, and have learned, put the stuff in your cart, wait three days, then see if you really need it. Chances are, it's a spontaneous purchase and I saved myself some funds.

Not really...it depends. I order my medicinal mushrooms from overseas, but I do it on Amazon, for example. They are in Holland, and they ship from there. And the reason I order from them specifically is because their products are lab tested in 3 different labs in different parts of the world for potency to make sure their guarantees are accurate. So this is definitely not true across the board.

I do prime for books and electronics.
