My general impression of the US is that job security is low, bosses can fire people almost on a whim and get away with it.
With this new bill employers in NC certainly will be able to do so.
What really bugs me about this, is that they would add on this kind of junk to something that was of a TOTALLY different subject. How did they go from bathrooms in part 1 to employees not being able to sue for discrimination in part 2?! (politics obviously)

My hunch is that the first part (about restrooms) was a Trojan Horse; the real goal was to pass a law that enables discrimination.
In any event, I'd be happy if part 2, by itself, were repealed.

It makes me mad, and it also makes me mad that everyone (media, etc.) is looking at it as a bathroom issue, and it absolutely is not.
