Doesn't sound like a lot of fun.

Not at the time. But I do wear it as a badge of honor against tyrannical pastors.

I was banned twice on FFF, once when the ladies ganged up on me for my position on "should men submit to women in ministry", they kinda proved my point when I got banned (control much?).

The second time I called out a prophecy made by Rick Joyner that hinted at Huckabee being the next prez, I called it bogus, got banned.

I was not bothered by either ban.

I received a warning and a post deletion for "insulting the venerable name of John Calvin" on CARM once. I laughed (and yes, I did come down on Calvin but I provided quotes from his "INstitutes" to prove my points). However, I was suspended on the WoF portion of CARM's forum for something so stupid and idiotic that it took me a long time before I ever went back there. The moderator, knowing how stupid his action was e-mailed me after a couple of days and told me that I was allowed back but to keep it quiet and not to tell anyone. I opted out of ever going back for at least a year.

After I went back and saw the same ol, same-oh I just stopped going altogether. It has been several years now and I don't miss that place. Hoever, some of the anti-wofers found out that I was on Christianforums and went there searching for me. BY then I had just about gotten sick of Christianforums and decided I would have NOTHING to do with forums ever again. I stayed away from all forums for at least 2 to 3 years until Krystian strong armed me into coming back to FFF a few years ago.

Then you deserved it. How dare you insult the good name of President Huckabee

I was asked by the pastor to leave when I publicly asked the Pastor to step down from being an elder. That was to remove him from any official authority.

Second time was at another church when during a special members meeting over a financial crisis, I tore their ballot referendum in half.

Sometimes they are such an overly sensitive lot.

    Yep. lol.

I publicly disagreed with him on something, and I mean the second I disagreed with him, a nanosecond didn't pass before he told me to get out in front of everybody. I think he did it before it was totally out of my mouth. He didn't ponder decisions much.

Last I heard, and this was many years ago, that he got to the point that if someone who was kinda in leadership didn't show up, he'd go right to their house even before the service if someone told him that the person wasn't coming and demand to know the reason. He's not pastoring any more. The sad thing is he had a real gift of the prophetic and otherwise was a good guy, but was a total control freak and authority freak.
