Does anyone else enjoy almond milk?
Love it!
Been drinking it for years. I discovered a brand I had not tried before, "Califia Farms". Their Coconut milk is good as well.

I've never been a milk drinker, but I do eat cold cereal occasionally, and I had been using Soy Milk until I saw some disturbing articles (such as the one AJ posted above).
Now, I only use Blue Diamond Almond Milk on my cereal and for cooking.
The only downside is that it doesn't work in Jell-O pudding - I tried to make a Banana Pudding with it, and the pudding never congealed - Lesson learned (LOL)
However, the plain flavor is a great substitute in other things such as making Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Smoothies, Mac N Cheese and Sweet Potato Pies.

Yup...that's what we've used. Also, their brand does not have carageenan in it.
There is also a coconut milk/almond milk blend that is pretty good, too.
