That's what I've been working on. A couple of weeks ago a woman needed prayer for back pain. I called her up front, and then called a sister who had never ministered healing before. The pain started at a 9. I had her lay hands on the woman, and then had her repeat after me. The pain went to a 4. Had her pray again, and the pain was gone. This was a great teaching moment for the whole congregation.
1.It doesn't take the pastor to pray for the sick, you all can do it.
2. Don't ask God to do what He has sent us to do. We shouldn't be begging God to step in and do what He has called us to do. He told us to heal the sick. He gave us the authority in the name of Jesus, and He gave us the Holy Spirit- the power to do it. Thank Him for the person you are praying for, thank Him for His great love, and then speak in the authority that He has given you.
I have been witnessing great results in ministering in this manner, not that it is a formula or the only way to minister. But I do find it very effective. It is also a very effective and easy way to disciple others to minister healing.

Good stuff.
Another thing in teaching them, if they have any personal converts, let them baptize them themselves.
