    Some Happy News

A few days ago heard a missionary speak who minsters to homeless drug addicts. At times a very dangerous place to be.

One lady was so impressed that she now wants to support this person financially instead of a well known preacher who you all have seen on TV

I have to admit I am very happy about this

I hope more people will give to those in the front lines instead of some TV preachers who live their comfy lifestyles

Hmmm...so she stated she was shifting her support from a 'named' preacher to this missionary?

Her decision is great if the Holy Spirit is leading her giving...My guess is that well known preacher/ CHURCH has outreach ministries that her giving participated in resourcing..

And that's all I will say on that...

to me it seems the same as buying local rather than supporting Wal-Mart.
