I think about $1.5 per liter here but that is mostly due to high costs of food production in mountainous Norway. Imported orange juice (with the fruit sugar intact) is cheaper and can cost less than $1 per liter. The benefit is that our food is mostly far safer than food generally is in the US, for instance we use about 1/50 of the antibiotics used in the US (per unit) and no hormones to boost production. And so on.
