    Recent update at the Gateway debacle. Lawsuit filed by another girl who claims she was sexually assaulted at a youth event by an older peer who was grooming her. He is now in prison on another unrelated conviction involving a sex crime with a child.
    Gateway youth staff and others on site remained idle with very limited supervision to advert such an encounter.

    I'm not sure. I thought this scandal was over. But it looks like the stature of limitations in this case will not apply to Robert Morris.
    If it does go to a courtroom and a jury, well, it could get awful ugly. Cindy Clemishire (Morris victim) seems like she is in the winds ready to testify.

    Many empires are coming down. I think the odds are against him. The public is definitely on her side. She seems pretty credible.

    I just feel badly for people who invested their lives, their hard earned money and time into these ministries only to have their trust betrayed. Often, they completely walk away from all churches and even the gospel.

    On this topic, there seems to be much more unfolding about Michael Brown. Time will tell.

    I just wish people would get back to simplicity, the local church and less of the mega church model coupled with hero worship. Not saying there's no place for large churches.

    I agree, and more resources for expanding the kingdom and less for airconditioned doghouses.
