School: It's Not Safe For Kids to Talk to Parents about Gender or Sex

Sixth graders at Wellington Middle School in Colorado were supposed to be going to art class. But it turned out to be a private gender and sexuality awareness club.

"When she got there, she very quickly learned it was actually a gender and sexuality awareness club," parent Erin Lee told Fox News' Harris Faulkner. "The art teacher had invited in an outside presenter into the classroom that day, and this woman did absolutely unthinkable things with the kids."

The kids were given instruction on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

The youngsters were also told that if they were not fully comfortable being a boy or a girl, they were transgender.

And for those uncertain about their sex – they could identify as queer.

But worst of all – the children were told their parents may not be safe people to turn to for conversations about sex.

Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is representing the families and she's demanding accountability.

"These are taxpayer-funded teachers who are doing this," she said. "And we want to send a nationwide message to these school systems, these parents and these school boards that parents govern their children, not these teachers, and we're going to give them the tools that they need, our parents, to protect them against indoctrination and all of these crazy things that they're doing," she told Fox.

The school district defended the super-secret club – saying that they have to ensure LGBT students are safe and feel supported. And they also defended the exclusion of parents – noting that students may not necessarily be "out" to mom and dad.

In other words, they don't want parents to know that their kids are being groomed – on the taxpayer dime.

We are officially living in bizzaro world. The scary thing is that if I did not have a first person report of this happening, I would doubt it's possible. I worry for my grandchildren.

Sounds to me like the teacher and her supportive bosses should be sent to prison for child abuse/sexual misconduct. Stinking perverts!!!
