Though I don't like her very much, and though she's anti-America, she's still an American, and I pray she gets to return, hoping she's learned to appreciate her country and keep her mouth shut in the future.
When your praise match your prayers, the answer will come.

Not that I don't have any sympathy, but do the crime do the time. Also, she was an athlete who refused to come out on the court for the national anthem, and many things along those lines. Now she is finidng out how good she had it here. A little dose of reality that for someone that thinks the country she lives in is horrible. And the sad thing is it's because she bought into the false liberal narrative. At least she doesn't have to listen to the nation anthem for awhile. She should be enjoying this.

Having worked in law enforcement for decades, I don't wish jail or prison for any person except for the most vile criminal. I'm sure the Russian prison is nothing compared to ours. Grinder doesn't fit the bill of a depraved criminal. The crime she's being punished for would be minor in this country. I hate that she disdains this great country of ours, but the fact is, she is free to do so. That's what we're about in America, free to express ourselves.

However, athletes should not be allowed, without penalty, to express or vent their disrespect during games. If they don't want to bow or kneel, fine, then stand and remain silent. Let them do their hating on their own time. Fans pay to watch their favorite games played. They, we don't need to be subjected to the athletes personal, political beliefs.
