My original forum name was Anna-Joy.

My middle name is Ann, meaning Grace. Anna, mentioned in Luke 2:36-38 was a prophetess living in the temple, worshiping, praying, and fasting. AND she saw the Messiah.

And Joy... the joy of the Lord is my strength.

Anna-Joy. Then people started calling me AJ and I dropped the rest. I still like the idea of AJ meaning Grace and Joy.

Probably because I'm obsessed with Star Trek, I always pictured the first part of your name (Scottae) as being what someone trying to sound "hip" would call "Scotty".

I find once I'm used to pronouncing something phonetically (and wrong) it's very difficult to correct myself.
