God's Word is the revelation of His will for our lives. Every "I will" or "The Lord will" in Scripture reveals God's will and what He is willing to do for us. There is no need to pray an "if it be thy will" where God has already clearly stated that "He will." Know what God's Word teaches and pray accordingly:
Then the heathen that are left about you shall know that I the Lord build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the Lord have spoken it, and I will do it. Thus saith the Lord God; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock. (Ezek. 36:36-37)
