The gun didn't pull the trigger. That's such an inane argument that gun grabbers use.

Like others have mentioned above, check the medicine cabinet ... oh no wait, that might make people think!

The pill does not kill the person either

Pills you have variable dosage, firearm does not.

I'm no gun grabber, but it's not rocket science that you don't leave a loaded gun near a suicidal person.

Women don't typically use guns for suicide, too messy. I wouldn't be surprised if more comes out about this. Anyway, if someone is that far gone, it doesn't make much difference in the "how", perhaps a straight jacket would have prevented this death. Buy yeah, blaming the gun is gun grabber talk.

I beg to differ. Depending on the gun and where they point it, it is survivable. We knew a family whose daughter shot herself in the chest and survived.

Kind of a foolish argument, sorry I have gotten involved.

Suicide is a terrible thing. And to survive an attempt is a difficult thing to work through. One of ours made an attempt with pills and I thank God he survived. Life would be very different without him.

There are a lot of variables that we just don't know but if they knew she was going through another dark period it probably would have been a good idea to remove any firearms.

That's a slippery slope, another gun grabbing, leftist idea to remove guns via administrative rules (not laws).
