Sunday is indeed holy. As is Monday, Tuesday etc. Unfortunately, all are named after Hellenistic gods. And Sunday was declared holy by the Roman church, replacing the seventh day of the week which was considered lazy because people should work six days a week and the Romans prefered to rest on the first day of the week.
But it is rightly said above that these things do not enhance salvation. One thing enhances our salvation and that is the growth of our love for the One true God. Everything else is either a witness of that love or false. It is not a sin to obey God's instructions but that obedience will not produce salvation. It is not a sin to worship every day of the week, including the seventh day. God can and does forgive every sin and gift us with salvation.

The reason I put up the OP was that well meaning believers are being deceived to embrace Judaism Over faith in Christ.
There is nothing wrong with practicing certain OT customs/traditions as I had a Sabbath meal in Israel and learnt many things that help understand the scriptures from a Jewish perspective.
A christian believer can honor the OT Jewish practices and keep them in right perspective as long as they don't become legalistic assuming it makes you more holy.
A danger for some is they actually now believe if they practice OT Jewish observances that God is extra pleased with them and they now have greater access to God. It is actually a deception.
Full access to God is only by the blood of Christ. When Christ is diminished and Judaism is elevated again that is deception.
The biggest concern is that true born again believers have forsaken Christ to embrace Judaism and that is apostasy - we cannot ignore that and believers have to be warned.
I have seen some who proclaim that they are believers in the Jewish Messiah who have ceased to believe that He is God. And there are some who have completely converted to Rabbinic Judaism. I have no intention to defend them. I feel they have embraced error.
I read Romans 3 again recently. It seems to declare that the Law or as Messianics say, the Torah, has not been abolished or replaced. It does not bring Merit to eternal life but does indeed give honor to God. I am very careful to offer Christian love to anyone who declares that they love God. And in some cases that has included an Orthodox Jewish person who has a personal relationship with God. I cannot judge what is in their hearts accurately but I can hear words of testimony and choose to believe them or reject them.
