There is nothing more perplexing in the world of shooting than the present day ammo shortage. Almost 10yrs ago we saw the .22LR ammo dry up thanx to our own kind snapping it up by the truckload. Eventually that shortage came to an end after a 5 year wait. Walking into your favorite outdoors place and seeing bare shelves is rather post-apocalyptic. There are theories of gov't buyups to keep us short but if true, then the govt would also have to regulate ammo output which major manufacturers say is not happening.
I'm not a bunker type by any means but am glad to always have extra on hand.
