I would like to see a strong leader in Israel who would just bulldoze the dome of the rock and remove the islamic false claim to Jerusalem. Actually give the "Palestinians" something real to whine about. That would be like something that one of the righteous kings in the OT would have done- tear down the false places of worship.

I just spent the day today with two retired IDF generals. They were surprisingly upbeat about the new government. Yom Tov Samia (Isn't that a cool name?) was talking about the fact that the government is working better than it has in years. Just the fact that the members of the parliament are actually working is already a positive thing. Both men seem to think that this government may just accomplish some good things. I guess we'll see but don't worry too much. And Ezekiel 33, I don't actually agree with you. Sure, I'd like to be finished with the Dome of the Rock but more than that, I want to see many more Moslems rescued from their religion. Destruction of the Dome would put an instant and permanent end to any hope of reaching the Moslem population. At least that is what I perceive at this time.

I have to agree with the Dome on the Rock scenario. However, there is one coming soon that will be able to lead them into "peace" in that situation.

Yeah, I am sure you are right. God wants to see them delivered from their false religion for sure. I have a friend who is a missionary to the Muslims. He has been evacuated from several countries because of the danger of certain factions rising up, but still he has a deep love for them and is trying to reach as many as he can with the gospel.
