    Country ribs (pork shoulder) sliced thick and smoked at 300deg for 2 hours. Killer.

    Slap Ya Mama is wonderful! I use it on homemade french fries, sprinkling it on when you first take them out of the deep fryer. Way better than the frozen seasoned fries. It is good on potato salad, macaroni salad, etc. We use it a lot.
