    Not with ex-cons. Once a ex-con does all of his or her time and everything that goes with that. After parole, they should be able to register to vote. Depending on the crimes they done, might come into play there for sure.

    I have mixed feelings about it. Most of the ex-cons that I have met (quite a few of them) want a free ride, you know, the kind of stuff that the socialist/communist/Democrats use to bring in more votes for themselves.
