Question:
Is it true that everyone who gets the Jab has to sign a waiver or release that states they will not pursue legal action against the manufacturer (Pfizer, Moderna, J&J), if there are any negative or major health issues or side effects experienced as a result of getting the vaccine?

Isn't that the purpose of the emergence order to produce and release as an experimental substance?

I wasn't asked to sign any such waiver.
But you raise a good point, as the following article from late 2020 indicates:
In February [2020], Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there's "willful misconduct" by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.
That means that for the next four years, these companies "cannot be sued for money damages in court" over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.
Covid vaccine: You can'''t sue Pfizer or Moderna over side effects

Sooooo, Hubby's job is mandating everyone get vaccinated - He's the Lead Staff/Supervisor at a Residential Diagnostic & Treatment center for juvenile boys.
We knew it was probably inevitable, and he got his 1st Pfizer shot on Wednesday - Has been feeling a little tired, and a slight soreness at the jab site, but other than that, he seems to be doing ok.
He's trying to talk me into getting the shots too - (Because I wrestle with Asthma) - But I'm still holding out for as long as I can - He's very concerned that if I catch Covid, it could be a death sentence for me.
Lately, I've been thinking that IF this really is some kind of diabolical plot to reduce the population, I don't know if I want to be left behind to deal with the evil folks who will be running things any way...
Plus, if I die (eventually from the poisonous vaccine), I'm gonna be with Jesus, so win-win, right.
Your thoughts?

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Not meaning to stir fear here but I know someone, a mid-thirties guy with asthma, otherwise healthy who got the jab (I don't know which one), two days later he was in ICU, last I checked he was still there, 5 days. His diagnosis is COVID-19, of course they are claiming that he must have had the virus before he got the jab.
Now, your Godly perspective, faith, wisdom and the faithfulness of Jesus Christ is what's gonna get you through no matter the choice.
BTW, I haven't heard too many bad reports about the J&J vaccine, it's not the MRNA dealie that everyone is concerned about.
