It all comes down to how the meat is handled from field to fare. I do the entire job, right to the cooking and eating. Germs dont have a chance to grow if you dress it properly, hose the internals out and hang it in cold weather. For years I over cooked the steaks until my daughter fried some backstraps for me. Oh my. Cooked in sweet onions, lemon, put Creole seasoning on it and grab the A-1 Sauce. Sooooo tender!

About the only fast food I've had in several months is Chick Fil A nuggets, and that hasn't been but at most a couple of times.
A KFC bowl with the mashed potatoes gravy corn and crispy chicken...pretty good and filling.
Arby's last night. One of those "had to" situations. I'm trying to cut weight.

What a Burger last night. I ate the fish out of a fish sandwich and about half an order of fries.
