    AJ, is "baking butter" something different.. or do you mean butter that's been baked? (since I'm a low functioning food maker, I don't know these things..lol)

    Started during day then went to a play for my moms bday. So had to finish my orders for morning delivery. I'm tired but on a sugar high

    I mix the recipes with (plain ordinary) butter for ourselves, and with margarine for daughter. Eating baking made with butter makes her mouth raw. So I often end up making the same recipes twice. Once with butter, once with margarine.

    I've got two more varieties to make and I think I'll call it done for this year. So far I've made the Almond Spritz, the Snowballs (sandies), Date Nut Pinwheels and Magic Cookie Bars. Hopefully these two will get made in a little while:

    I can vouch for the fudge, I make it every year. Sometimes I'll replace the walnuts with white chocolate chips. I've also added 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract and candy cane pieces.
